Solo Teachers & Events Agency’s Founder Caroline Wright was invited as a guest speaker at the annual Enterprise conference on the 31st January 2008, at the University of Winchester. She presented a seminar to 150 undergraduate students about business and the performing arts and how she started up her own company at just 24.

She also led a two hour workshop entitled “The Ins and Outs of Running Your Own Business” and her experience and knowledge was valued by all who attended. Caroline would like to thank Dr Loykie Limone from the University of Winchester for the invitation and she wishes all of the students well for their final year projects.

Solo Teachers visited our school recently and taught Bollywood dancing to a variety of children ranging in abilities and ages. Every child who took part felt included and enjoyed the experience. It was an opportunity for them to experience dancing from another culture as well as to learn a short routine which they then performed to the rest of the school at the end of the day, in a school assembly. An enjoyable day was had by all.'

"I was very pleased when I discovered Solo Teachers & Events Agency. It is always difficult to find reliable instrumental teachers without going through the local authority music services. Organising a private teacher takes a lot of time and energy which very few Head of Music departments have. Solo Teachers were able to take away this pressure; they were exceptionally understanding, friendly and accommodating. They organised everything for me including the teacher's CRB check. Having used them once for my singing teacher I am already looking to employ more teachers through their teaching agency."

"I was very impressed with the professionalism and enthusiasm of Solo Teaches & Events Agency when they came to The University of Winchester in May 2007. Their seminar titled: 'Getting Into The Industry As An Artiste' was not only interesting but very informative and I felt that all of the information given to me regarding entering the Performing Arts industry as a dancer was a necessity. I would highly recommend all budding performers to attend one of their future scheduled seminars as it proved invaluable to me."
